Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@snuffcup.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Any B2B (wholesale) orders are typically non-returnable/refundable.

Snuff Cup reserves the right to deny any refund/return requests if they feel that the customer is abusing the ability to request said refund or return (such as repeated attempts to receive free product/s). Snuff Cup also reserves the right to deny service to any customer if they suspect an order may be fraudulent or suspect there is a high likelihood a refund will be requested.

Snuff Cup does NOT guarantee to replace, re-ship, or refund an order in which the tracking indicates it was delivered to the correct address. However, packages may be insured with the mail carrier in the event that a package is lost/stolen by them. If a package appears to be lost by the mail carrier, we typically offer to either re-ship or refund the item/s. However, said items will typically be re-shipped to the same address.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. PLEASE NOTIFY US ONCE YOU HAVE RETURNED YOUR ORDER TO ENSURE IT IS PROCESSED.

 

Snuff Cup Pro V3 90-Day Leak & Spill Limited Warranty

For all Snuff Cup Pro V3 products, there is an additional 90-day limited warranty for any leaking of the liners inside the cups, or spilling of the lids for orders placed through our website. In the event that a leak or spill occurs, we ask that you contact us, and provide us proof of the issue to be eligible for the warranty. As mentioned, any orders up to 90 days after the shown delivery date may be eligible for a refund or replacement for any leakage or spillage.
